Commercialization Review Council
Consistent with CPRIT’s efforts to expedite commercialization efforts for funded projects, the Commercialization Review Council (CRC) oversees the peer review of all company investment and life science incubator applications. Members of the CRC head the commercialization peer review committees. The commercialization review committees work in conjunction with the members of the scientific peer review committees to identify cancer research projects with the best commercial prospects. The recommendations of CRC are included in the final list of funding recommendations for the executive director. All members of the CRC operate under a strict conflict of interest policy.
